PF Centro Serif Font Family is a traditional and confident serif font. Other peculiarities such as the sharp corners at the seam are work well in Centro Serif, while adding flair they serve a very practical purpose by counteracting over-inking at smaller scales. Thus, to counteract the force of the angular serifs, ball shaped terminated were incorporated in letters like ‘c’, ‘f’, ‘y’, while ‘v’, ‘w’ kind of letters have a marked stroke shape. Last but not least, there was a slightly inclined stress in the Centro Serif and an increased x-height to help the font look better when shrunk.
